Since 1982 Spa Palace has been providing the finest home luxury products available in today’s marketplace. With six front range locations (Fort Collins, Westminster, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Colorado Springs and Pueblo) Spa Palace is not only able to provide quality products but also a high level of service to the entire Front Range.

For more than 25 years Spa Palace has been noticed as one of America’s top spa and hot tub dealers. As proud recipient of the AQUA 100 hall of fame award, Spa Palace has been selected as one of the top 100 dealers in the country.
As a proven Jacuzzi hot tub dealer, Spa Palace was selected as one of ten companies by Jacuzzi Inc. to be a member of the their founders group. The Jacuzzi founders group meets with members of the Jacuzzi team to provide input into advancements and new technologies incorporated into Jacuzzis products.

We are also recipients of Jacuzzis prestigious gold club award NINE years running. The gold club award is given to Jacuzzi dealers that comprise the top 10% of sales in the country. Since 2000, Spa Palace has been a leader in Jacuzzi hot tub sales nationwide.
Spa Palace is also a member of the Better Business Bureau and various different chambers of commerce. In fact we were recently recognized by the Better Business Bureau for not receiving any complaints for the past 3 years running.

Professional Sales Staff
At Spa Palace all of our sales staff undergoes extensive training from Jacuzzi in order to ensure we find the correct Jacuzzi to fit all of your needs. Our staff is always happy to answer all of your questions including technical information, spa operation, and water maintenance. In fact, our sales staff has received several Exceptional Customer Service awards for positive feedback from our Jacuzzi customers.

In-House Delivery and Service
At Spa Palace we want to ensure a top notch experience from the purchasing process to delivering the spa into your home. One of the ways that allows us to accomplish this so effectively is by staffing our own in-house factory trained delivery crews and service technicians. Unfortunately most spa companies rely on independent companies to deliver and repair their hot tubs. We feel by maintaining our own staff there is a level of service provided that is unequaled by any of our competitors. In fact, all of our service technicians are factory certified to repair your Jacuzzi spa and will arrive at your house with a fully stocked service van to ensure your spa is repaired quickly and correctly every time.
