This popular program gives our customers the opportunity to replace their original spa after three years of use. By purchasing under the Jacuzzi for Life program we will replace your spa with the current year model, letting you reap the benefits of advances in technology and innovation that Jacuzzi is renown for. Best of all, at that time, you have the option of changing colors, models, and options, while lengthening the warranty term to eight years on most models. You simply pay freight and delivery on your second spa, and cover the cost of added options or model upgrades and we take care of the rest. This demonstrates one more way Spa Palace is committed to providing our customers an unparalleled Jacuzzi hot tub experience.

Price Protection
If you see Spa Palace advertise your Jacuzzi at a lower price within 30 days of from the date of purchase you will be provided with an in-store credit for the difference. Any advertising of year-end models, used and refurbished, blemished or display models are excluded from this policy.

Accessories Installation
At Spa Palace any and all accessories purchased with your Jacuzzi will be installed free of charge at the time of delivery. Items include: covers, cover lifts, towel bars, handrails, umbrellas etc.

Lifetime Free Computerized Water Analysis
As part of our commitment to making your Jacuzzi spa easy to care for, all of our five locations now offer computerized water analysis. Simply bring a pint of water out of your hot tub into any of our stores and have our knowledgeable staff take the guesswork out of balancing and maintaining your spa. We will provide you with a computer generated itemized list of chemicals and amounts necessary to bring your water into perfect, crystal clear balance.
