Please read this page carefully. The Spa Palace Inc. policy is simple: If information is collected from You, it will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected, and the other limited purposes detailed hereinafter. Spa Palace Inc. will not sell Your personally identifiable information such as Your email address, physical address, name, nor phone number to any third party, and will not share this information with anyone not affiliated with Spa Palace Inc., except in the event of a transfer of business assets or as outlined hereinafter.

Online Outlet Policies

Returns
Spa Palace is dedicated to selling quality products. If for any reason there is a problem with something purchased from us, we want to make sure the issue is taken care of accordingly in a timely fashion.

Electronics such as circuit boards, ozone generators, top units, etc. are not returnable. Unopened/unused, defective, or incorrect items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products sold by Spa Palace come with a manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days from purchase, all products are subject to the manufacturer warranty.

Spa Palace does not reimburse shipping charges unless the product is found to be not what you ordered or defective. We credit returns with a valid sales invoice and RMA# within 30 days, less any shipping charges. 

All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Include the RMA# on the shipping label or within the box if the product has already been opened. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA#. To acquire an RMA, please call us during normal business hours at 1-719-528-1881 (M-F, 9-5 Mountain).

For your safety, please consider sending the product(s)  back to us using UPS, FED-EX, or USPS. When using USPS, use Tracking Confimation along with Proof of Delivery Confirmation). By using one of these shipping methods, it will insure that your shipment is tracked just in case it gets lost. Spa Palace is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We will do everything in our power to help you resolve the issue, but will not be held responsible as it is out of our control.

Defective items returned within 30 days of purchase will be evaluated. If the product is found to be defective, we will fix or replace it at our cost including shippment both ways. Beyond 30 days, defective product returns are subject to the product's warranty. Should a product prove defective during its warranty period after the 30 day return period, please contact the manufacturer for further instruction about the warranty process.

If the product sent to you was incorrect, and not what was ordered, Spa Palace will pay in full for the return shipping of the item back to us, and for the replacement item back to you.

If a non-defective, new product was shipped correctly, and you would still care to return it, we will accept its return provided that it is unopened, unused, and as-ordered in its original condition at the time of purchase. All non-defective, new items must be in 100% resellable condition. Any non-defective item that has been altered or damaged in any way, including cosmetic damage, after it has been receive by you will not be accepted for return.

Shipping
Nationwide Shipping: Spa Palace does not charge shipping nor handling fees for all orders over $75.00 within the 48 Contiguous United States, unless otherwise specified due to an overweight or oversized item.

Flat Rate Shipping: All orders under $75.00 are $8.00, unless otherwise specified due to an overweight or oversized item. There will be no hidden handling fees. Total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. If the shipment is headed to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, APO/AE, or Puerto Rico, there will be an additional charge to ship to these areas. Spa Palace reserves the right to use the carrier method of their choice, without customer consent.

Handling & Transit Time: Most in-stock items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order, during normal business hours (M-F, 9-5 Mountain). For products currently not in-stock, a Spa Palace associate will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the situation. Such orders will usually be filled within one business week, please allow for up to two. After shipments have been picked up from our location, they will be delivered within 4-7 business days via UPS, FED-EX, USPS, or Common Carrier Truck.

Larger Items: Items that cannot be shipped via UPS may require Common Carrier trucker delivery. You will be advised of this situation via phone or email after ordering such an item. We offer a trucking delivery service for a nominal fee. If you order such an item, please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for delivery.

PO Boxes: We will ship to PO Boxes in all 50 States, Virgin Islands, APO/AE, or Puerto Rico Addresses. A valid street/fire address must also be included with all orders.

Overweight / Oversized: There are certain items that may require additional shipping fees due to their size and weight, and the address to which they will be delivered. If the item you have purchased will incur additional delivery fees not listed on our web site, we will contact you by phone or email and inform you of any additional charges before the item ships (for your approval).

Payments
Terms: Visa, MasterCard, & Discover cards are accepted. All products come complete with manufacturer's warranty. 30 day money back guarantee on all items purchased online, less any shipping charges or restock fees. Special order items, Spa covers, and Clearance Items may not be returned unless defective. A 2.9% Sales Tax will be added to orders delivered to Colorado State addresses.

Returns / Credits: If you cancel an online order, or return an item from an online order, you will promptly receive a credit to your charge card, or a refund check within 30 days, less any shipping or re-stock fees, where applicable.

Secure Transaction: Each online transaction is protected by securing all of your information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts your secure data for safe transmission. As standard industry practice, your credit card information is sent via a secure "gateway" (authorize.net) to a secure server at the bank that issued your card. To further protect you, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. In any other transmissions regarding your order, we refer to your card using only the last four digits. We believe that this method of completing a sale is at least as safe as using your card in a retail store or placing an order over the phone. The Contact Us page is the primary means of communication with the Spa Palace Inc. staff for a website visitor.
