Lifetime Pool Table Warranty
American Heritage Billiards, LLC warrants the components of your Pool Table to be
free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own it, as follows
:
- Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails and Blinds : Warranted
against splitting, cracking or warping.
- Hardwood Rails and Cushions : Warranted against separation dry rot or hardening.
American Heritage Billiards, LLC, or any of its authorized service dealers, will
provide parts required to repair or, at American Heritage Billiards, LLC's sole option,
replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the
sole reasonable judgement of American Heritage Billiards, LLC, to be defective in
materials and/or workmanship.
EXCLUSIONS American Heritage Billiards, LLC responsibilities under this warranty shall
not extend to any of the following :
- Subsequent purchasers : This warranty extends to the original purchaser
only.
- Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration,
misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal playing
conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than
American Heritage Billiards, LLC or its authorized dealer.
- Repair or replacement of the bedcloth, table pockets, playing accessories.
- Table Leveling.
- Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component
or from its repair or replacement.
THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and American Heritage Billiards, LLC
of the Warranty Coverage for your Pool Table. American Heritage Billiards, LLC makes
no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document;
nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or
liability in connection with your Pool Table. This Warranty gives you specific
legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights which may vary from
state to state.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF COVERAGE. This Warranty shall only become effective upon American Heritage Billiards'
receipt of the Warranty Registration information from you. If you fail to return the Warranty Registration
information to American Heritage Billiards, this Warranty shall be null and void.
Game Room Furniture Warranty
American Heritage Billiards warrants the components of your game room furniture to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as one calendar year from the original purchase date, as follows:
- Hardwood Bars, Gathering Tables, Pub Tables, Game Chairs and Stools: Warranted against splitting, cracking or warping.
- Upholstery, leatherette and felts: Warranted against defects but not wear and tear.
- Cushions: Warranted against hardening.
- Casters: Warranted against splitting, cracking or defects.
EXCLUSIONS
American Heritage Billiards' responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:
- Subsequent purchasers: This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
- Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage or improper installation by someone other than American Heritage Billiards or its authorized dealer.
- Repair or replacement of any upholstery or playing accessories
- Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement
THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and American Heritage Billiards of the Warranty Coverage for your game room furniture. American Heritage Billiards makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document, nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your game room furniture. If you fail to complete the online Warranty Registration Information for American Heritage Billiards, this warranty shall be null and void.
