Dear Spa Palace,

We had wanted a spa for years, and on the spur of the moment we decided it was time. We came to your showroom without knowing very much about spas in general, and you and Stephen had a lot of patience and spent at least 3 hours with us explaining everything we needed and wanted to know. We were able to try out your spa before we committed to buying. We were very pleased with the way you handled all of our concerns. After we had signed on the dotted line, you and your staff continued to answer all of our questions and everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes after you buy something alt the helpful people seem to disappear, not true with your staff!
The installation process went very smoothly, everything was delivered at the time that was agreed upon. The chemical seminar was very clear; he was very helpful in explaining everything and explaining it again if we asked. All in all we have been very impressed with the way everything was handled from the time wee walked in to when the spa was delivered.
And as for the spa itself, it has been wonderful. It is easy to maintain, and great to use everyday. And now we find that we talk to more and more people about spas, and we mention that we have purchased a spa we are getting comments like, “that is a great spa!” And “Wow, you bought one of the best!”
So thank you again for all your help and we will continue to recommend your spa and your business.

Dear Manager,

Just a short note to let you know how much we are enjoying our Spa Palace spa. Since installation, I think we have missed two nights without our “sleeping pill”. Twenty minutes for Linda and forty for me and were off to Never Never Land.
I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking at a spa to try them out before they buy. After sitting in three different brands, comparing jets, therapy seats, and overall comfort, the choice became simple. Before trying them out, I really didn’t think there would be that much difference. The brand that Linda and I liked the best, we liked the least after sitting in it with the jets going. It’s amazing the difference in spas.

We recently purchased a hot tub from your store in Littleton. My husband and I had a wonderful time dealing with Justin and Jeremy, because of their complete knowledge of the product. They were very helpful, and all of our questions were answered completely. Our over all experience was great. This enhanced our confidence in the choice we made.

Attention General Manager,

1. Our spa… We like it, and we use it daily, even when the weather outside is frightful. Indeed, it is especially delightful when the temperature falls and the snow blows. We deliberately leave the gazebo door open then (and usually a window), because the combination of warm, wet body and cold head is so stimulating. We hike and ski and snowshoe in the winter weather in the mountains (except when Washington shuts down the government and we can’t get into Rocky Mountain National Park—but even then we usually find somewhere to freeze our buns). Our pleasure in these outings has been enhanced by the anticipation of a jump into the hot tub on our return.

We also anticipate enjoyment of the spa next summer, when we come back tired and hot from hiking and climbing.

As you know, we have a large family. Five of our six children (plus two spouses) were here at Christmas time, when the spa was first operating (thanks to your successful efforts to have it ready by then). They all think it’s cool (I mean hot).

2. Your company… Well, if you mean Spa Palace in Fort Collins, we’ve been impressed since the first day we talked to you about spas. Our contact with Jacuzzi Spas has been only through you and Don (confined to the question of whether the readings on the control panel were accurate). Your consultation with the company about that question seems likely to resolve it.

3. Your service… That’s been outstanding. We’ve had only minor problems with the spa so far, and have appreciated your efforts to solve them. This has been especially noteworthy because we live 35 miles up in a mountain canyon from Fort Collins, and Don has been happy to drive up and look at what worries us. That gives us confidence that if we ever have a major problem (which in fact we don’t anticipate), Spa palace will be here to help.

4. Our gazebo… We can’t imagine the spa without it. It’s beautiful, and provides privacy and comfort that make all the difference. It hasn’t blown off the deck in the fierce winds we have up here, nor do we expect it to, in view of your extra work to secure it.

All things considered, you have happy, wet, and warm hot-tubbers up here. We hope to stay that way for many years (happy and warm all the time, wet mainly in the hot tub)
