any reason within the first 30 days of delivery, Spa Palace will exchange it for
a new model of equal value or refund your purchase price. Additional costs for
delivery, financing, construction, electrical, consumables, water, or any other
costs are the responsibility of the customer.

original spa after three years of use. By purchasing under the Jacuzzi for Life
program we will replace your spa with the current year model, letting you reap

for. Best of all, at that time, you have the option of changing colors, models,
and options, while lengthening the warranty term to eight years on most models.
You simply pay freight and delivery on your second spa, and cover the cost of
added options or model upgrades and we take care of the rest. This demonstrates

Price Protection
If you see Spa Palace advertise your Jacuzzi at a lower price within 30 days of
from the date of purchase you will be provided with an in-store credit for the
difference. Any advertising of year-end models, used and refurbished, blemished
or display models are excluded from this policy.
Accessories Installation
At Spa Palace any and all accessories purchased with your Jacuzzi will be
installed free of charge at the time of delivery. Items include: covers, cover
lifts, towel bars, handrails, umbrellas etc.
