My go to store for any hot tub needs
Came here to get assistance with a frozen hot tub. Most stores were not wanting to help me fix it myself of course. Joseph and crew gladly analyzed pictures I took and provided the parts and directions I needed to fix. All parts were on hand. This will be my go to store for any hot tub needs.

My husband came in with question on repairing our spa. Joe was so friendly and helpful. Did not try to up charge us and was willing to walk him through the phone on the repair. I'm extremely happy there are still good reputable honest companies in business. They are now our new chemical supplier and possible new spa dealer.

If you want quality and value go to Spa Palace
I have sent many of my neighbors there and told them there are no other spa dealers with this level of customer care and customer service. I told them if you want a cheap deal go elsewhere... if you want quality and value go to Spa Palace. If you think about it, how many businesses go the other way after 20 years... more than we would like to think about but Spa Palace has always been amazing and there for us. I will be buying my next Spa from them when this one dies. I cannot say enough great things about this company except they deserve all the awards they receive and then some. Thank you.

Joe and his staff are outstanding
Bought our hot tub from here. Customer service oriented, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Ensured we were satisfied with our purchase and even gave us a custom cover that would fold properly under our deck. Joe and his staff are outstanding.

This place has just about all you need
This place has just about all you need if you're looking for a new home tub. They also have a great deal of pool maintenance supplies whether it's for your hot tub or even a pool. We get silica sand for our pool's sand filter from here.

Highly recommend!
Great selection of the best brands! You can even go in a wet testing room and try one out with towels provided! Service has always been affordable and great. I go get my water tested for free all of the time and it prints out exactly what I need to add with chemicals! All of the staff is always smiling! Highly recommend!
